Our rum cocoa combines the essence of the Caribbean with rich chocolate taste. Our dark cocoas are less sweet to emphasize the deep, rich flavor of dark chocolate. For perfect hot cocoa, dissolve 2-1/2 level tablespoons of cocoa in enough hot water to make a paste, then add 8 ounces of hot milk. If you are lactose intolerant or allergic to cow’s milk, Faerie’s lavender cocoa is equally delicious when made with soy or rice milk. Make delicious mocha in minutes. For a 12 ounce cup, combine a heaping tablespoon of cocoa, 8 ounces of hot coffee and 4 ounces of milk. Try substituting liquid creamer, half and half or mocha mix for a richer, creamier taste.
